1. Data Collection

DiaVibe, an Appadee LLC mobile application, does not collect personal data that can identify you individually. This application may record limited, non-identifiable information needed to deliver its core features. For example:

  • Your survey choices and optional demographic categories (such as age range or gender) are recorded stored in your private iCloud database.

  • When you submit a choice, the application running on your device will "count" your choice in aggregate in the developer's database with every other player's choice.

  • If you choose to see your choice compared to that of others who may be like you, in terms of limited demographic categories, any categories you configure will also be "counted" in aggregate in the developer's database.

We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. Any purchases occur through Apple’s App Store, and payment data is never shared with us.

2. Anonymous Statistics

All data collected by Appadee apps is stored anonymously and in aggregate form.
Your individual actions are not traced back to you or your device. Developers have no access to identifiable user information, Game Center accounts, or personal patterns of behavior.

3. Optional Demographic Information

Some apps may allow you to optionally share demographic information—such as age range, gender, community type, education level, or employment status—to receive comparative or community-based statistics.
This information is entirely optional, used only in aggregate, and never tied to personal identifiers or stored outside of anonymous summary form.

4. iCloud Storage

Certain Appadee apps use Apple iCloud to store private user data, such as personal voting history, photos, or local preferences.
This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is accessible only to you. Appadee LLC and its developers have no access to your iCloud data.
You may delete the data stored in your private iCloud storage at any time from within the app.

5. Data Usage

All aggregate data collected by our apps is used solely to provide in-app features such as comparison charts, statistics, or gameplay results.
No personal data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes. We do not use external analytics or ad tracking systems.

6. Game Center

If you choose to connect to Apple’s Game Center, your achievements, leaderboard scores, and multiplayer sessions are managed by Apple’s Game Center service and subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Appadee LLC does not have access to your Game Center identity or stored information.

7. Children’s Privacy

Appadee apps are intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our apps, please contact us so that we can delete it promptly.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your personal app data at any time:

  • Within the app’s Settings or Reset options.

  • By removing app data from your device or iCloud storage.

Aggregate statistics already submitted cannot be deleted, as they are fully anonymous and cannot be linked back to any individual user or account.

9. Information Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure information you provide against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We rely on Apple’s platform-level security, iCloud encryption, and Game Center protection for all personal or device-linked data.

10. Links to Other Services

Our apps and support pages may contain links to other websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices of external websites. We encourage you to review their policies before interacting with them.

11. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose limited information if required by law or to comply with legal obligations, protect Appadee LLC's rights, or ensure user safety.
We will never voluntarily share personal data for marketing or unrelated third-party use.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect improvements, compliance requirements, or new app features.
Continued use of any Appadee LLC app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
